The Advanced Cage Kit for Sony a6500 from SmallRig is a formfitting camera cage with a variety of accessory-mounting options including a top handle with a NATO rail and a shoe mount extension. The NATO rail top handle adjusts forward and back to help balance your camera rig. The included shoe mount extension offsets a mounted accessory so it does not block the camera's control buttons. Multiple 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, and ARRI-style anti-twist accessory mounts are built into the cage. The Cage Kit maintains access to the camera's controls and ports when mounted onto your Sony a6500. Constructed from lightweight, durable aluminum, this cage incorporates an Arca-Swiss-style quick release plate on the bottom.
This formfitting Cage from SmallRig provides a variety of mounting options for your Sony a6500 or a6300 camera to add a microphone, handle, monitor, or other accessories. It incorporates multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads, one ARRI-style anti-twist mount on the right side, a cold shoe mount on top, and NATO rails on the top and right sides. The cage maintains access to the camera's controls and ports when mounted on your camera. Constructed from lightweight yet durable aluminum, this cage incorporates an Arca-type compatible quick release plate on the base.
The versatile DSLR Action NATO Handle from SmallRig quickly mounts to a standard NATO rail to provide a balanced gripping point for your camera or camcorder. The handle features both forward-to-back and side-to-side adjustment to help balance your camera rig.
Additional features include two cold shoe adapters, multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads, and two ARRI-style anti-twist accessory mounts.
The Cold Shoe Extension from SmallRig includes a 1/4"-20 counterbore slot and a cold shoe. The 1/4"-20 counterbore slot could be mounted onto the threaded holes on the right side of the 1889 Sony a6500 Cage and the cold shoe is compatible with RODE microphones, wireless microphones, and RODE SVMX microphones. The arrowheads on the cold shoe point to anti-off direction. In addition, the cold shoe extends beyond the cage so as not to block buttons and ports.
Cage 1889 fits the camera perfectly and locks the camera via 1/4'' screw at the bottom and a M2.5 screw on the right side. It is equipped with NATO rail on the top for NATO Handle 1955 for handheld shooting and is compatible with XLR adapter, and its integrated cold shoe could attach Magic Arm 1497 for the monitor. Wooden Handgrip 1970 could be mounted on the cage to provide a better gripping experience. NATO Handle 1955 could attach NATO rail on the cage and then be locked via a wingnut. It features quick attachment and detachment. It could be slid forwards and backward to find the balance point of your rigs. The handle is equipped with three shoe mounts on the top and at the back respectively, to which the light accessories, such as a microphone, the magic arm could be attached. Cold Shoe Extension 2044 could be mounted on 1/4’’ threaded holes on the right side of Cage 1889. The arrowheads on the cold shoe point to the anti-off direction. The cold shoe is compatible with RODE microphone, wireless microphone and RODE SVMX microphone. In addition, the cold shoe extends beyond the cage, thus it will not block the buttons and ports of the cage.
