The kit includes a formfitting camera cage, a top handle, and an HDMI cable clamp. The sturdy aluminum cage maintains access to camera controls and ports and features a cold shoe, NATO rail, ARRI-style rosette, and multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory mounting threads. The HDMI cable clamp protects your cable from damage and from being pulled out. The top handle features additional 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory mounting threads and a cold shoe mount on top. Mounting screws and Allen wrenches are included.
The formfitting 1982 Cage for Sony a7 II Series Cameras from SmallRig features an HDMI cable clamp and several options for mounting accessories to your a7 II series mirrorless camera. For easier handling, various optional handgrips can be attached using the NATO rail on the cage's left side and the ARRI-style rosette on the right.
A cold shoe, multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory threads, and carrying strap slots are built into the cage's top and sides. The 1982 Cage maintains access to the both the camera controls and ports, and mounts onto the camera using a 1/4"-20 screw.
This solid aluminum Top Handle from SmallRig features a shoe mount and multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads to add additional accessories to your rig. It attaches to your camera cage using two included 1/4"-20 screws that are tightened with the included Allen wrench.
SmallRig Sony A7 II/ A7R II/ A7S II Accessory Kit 2014 is made up of the cage, HDMI cable clamp and top handle, and it totally meets the demands of the clients while shooting in handheld motion. The 1/4 threaded holes in the top handle could be attached with EVF support 1903 so as to connect with the monitor. On the top of the cage is a cold shoe joint, which could be attached with a microphone and magic arm 1497. Moreover, the cage could be attached with a multifunctional handle 1688 on the left side via the NATO rail and wooden handle 1941 on the right side via standard ARRI rosette, which is quite convenient and beneficial for handheld shooting. The rails on the left side of the cage could be attached with EVF support with NATO clamp 1897. 4 M4 threaded holes are designed at the bottom of the cage to connect ARCA quick release plate base 1817. In addition, the cage is equipped with joints for shoulder straps and wrist straps to ensure the safety of the kit while shooting. The area between the cage and camera is enlarged so as to ensure the stability of the camera.
