The cage features a shoe mount, NATO rails, and multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory threads built into the cage's top and sides. The included top handle allows for easy camera transport and for mounting accessories using its 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads and shoe mount. The HDMI cable clamp secures your camera's HDMI cable, preventing accidental pulling or unplugging of the cable during operation. The cage maintains access to the control buttons, compartments, connectors, and shoe interface when mounted on the camera. Threads on the cage bottom enable you to attach separately available SmallRig baseplates and rod systems, offering additional options for expanding your camera rig.

This SmallRig 1822 HDMI Cable Clamp is designed for use with select SmallRig cages for Sony and Panasonic mirrorless cameras. When attached to the camera cage this clamp provides strain relief of the HDMI cable, helping to prevent accidental disconnection and protect the camera's HDMI port from damage from accidental tugs and kick-outs. This clamp features a minimalist one-screw design that attaches the clamp to your cage and at the same time clamps your HDMI cable securely.

The cage is equipped with quick-release NATO rails, cold shoe and threaded holes for accessory attachment. The cage features Arca Swiss QR plate at the bottom with an array of 1/4’’ threaded holes compatible with quick release plates of different standards.
