The Saramonic UwMic9 2-Person Camera-Mount Wireless Omni Lavalier Microphone System provides vloggers, mobile journalists, and content creators with a quality-sounding, easy-to use, flexible UHF system that packs a set of sophisticated features into a cost-effective solution.

Built for the rough-and-tumble world of production, the lightweight, all-metal components include two bodypack transmitters with lavalier mics, along with a two-channel receiver that's ready to plug into your DSLR/mirrorless camera, recorder, or smartphone (with a cable available separately).

The system allows you to record two separate people to your camera without requiring a second receiver, keeping your rig portable and compact—with one less component to worry about.

Simple to operate with minimal setup, the UwMic9 lets you capture clear and natural speech for projects ranging from YouTube vlogs and wedding videos to corporate spots and interviews.

Flexible Operation for Clean Sound

Each bodypack transmitter uses a locking 3.5mm connection to secure its SR-M1 lavalier mic. A short press of the power button mutes the mic between takes.
The UWMIC9’s Auto Scan feature searches among 96 frequencies to find the cleanest available frequency for you, while the built-in infrared sync makes linking the transmitter and receiver a snap.
Easy-to-understand menus and controls, along with backlit LCD displays, allow you to make quick adjustments under varying lighting conditions.
The TX9 transmitters can accept mic or line inputs and offer three selectable levels of wireless transmission power. The highest setting is designed to overcome interference in busy RF environments or when the subject is further from the receiver; lower settings conserve battery power.
A headphone output on the receiver enables real-time audio monitoring, especially useful if your camera lacks a headphone output.
The receiver’s output can be switched between mono and stereo modes. In mono, the two mics are mixed together and recorded as an identical mono signal on both the left and right channels in your camera. In stereo, each mic is kept separate and recorded discretely to the left and right channels in your camera.
Power is supplied via AA batteries for up to 6 hours of battery life.
The system offers a maximum distance of up to 330’ and supports up to 8 mics at once on set.

Expand Your System and Do More

For man-on-the-street interviews or if you need to pass the mic between several people, you can add the HU9 wireless handheld microphone.
Adding the TX-XLR9 plug-on transmitter allows you to connect any handheld microphone of your choice or a shotgun mic for wireless booming. You can even apply 48V phantom for condenser mics.
A wide selection of optional output cables (available separately) allows you to connect the receiver to smartphones and tablets via Lightning or USB Type-C ports, or the TRRS headphone output. There is also a mini-USB cable for action cameras, a USB Type-A cable for computers, and a 3.5mm to dual XLR-M cable for professional cameras.

The Saramonic UwMic9 RX9+TX9+TX9 UHF Wireless Lavalier Microphone System provides stable, interference free audio in portable, compact and low cost package.

UwMic9 RX9+TX9+TX9 could support two transmitters and one receiver working simultaneously. It is a perfect fit for DSLR videography, field recording and interviews, broadcast TV, ENG, providing dependable audio broadcasting and recording.

The system includes a camera-mountable wireless receiver, two wireless body-pack transmitters and clip-on lavalier mics.

Receiver (x1)

The Saramonic UwMic9 RX9 is a camera-mountable integrated wireless receiver. It features a wide switching RF bandwidth, an easy-to-read LCD display and infrared synchronization between transmitter and receiver.

Equipped with an auto-scan function, the RX9 can automatically search for an available transmission frequency. The headphone jack enables real-time monitoring or the receiver via headphones, especially useful for cameras that lack a monitor output.

Transmitter (x2)

This compact transmitter UwMic9 TX9 employs a crystal-controlled PLL synthesizer. It is equipped with a muting function and a BMP-type mic input. The RF power output can be switched among high, middle and low.

?Unable to connect the transmitter?

Please check the menu on the RX9 "Group B setting" to see if the Group B is turned on.

The default setting of Group B is turned OFF. So pls make sure you turn on the group B before you use two transmitters. On the other transmitter, please turn it to Gourp B frequency group

?The lav mic is muddy to connect my sound equipment?

The sound won't be pleasure if you directly connect the lav mic with the stereo. Please connect the RX9 receiver with a mixer, and then output it the stereo through the mixer.


Wireless Lavalier System The camera-mountable Saramonic UWMIC9 Wireless Lavalier System features two wireless transmitters,which has a muting function and a crystal-controlled PLL synthesiser to capture stable, noise-free audio. The RF power output can be switched between high, medium and low settings and each transmitter is built with a 1/8” BMP-type mic input for attaching lavalier microphones.	2 Groups and 96 Channels Two omni-directional lavalier microphones are included with the UWMIC9 UHF Wireless System. Each has a windscreen to reduce wind noise and lapel clips are included for attaching them to clothes. With 2 groups (A and B) and 96 selectable channels in the 514 – 596 MHz UHF frequency range, the system is ideally suited for broadcast television, ENG and interview scenarios.	Multiple Combination Both TX9 transmitters and RX9 receiver have easy-to-read LCD displays for input accuracy. The receiver has a shoe adapter for quick mounting to a DSLR or mirrorless cameras, plus a 1/4-inch thread for easy attachment to tripods, light stands and other mounting hardware.
