To avoid any interference, please make sure WIFI of your phone is set off, and the best condition is Flight Mode.
Don’t communicate by the phone during audio recording which will cause extra signal interference.
For the IOS system smartphone, the Mic works well either in Audio or Video mode.
For the Android system smartphone, the Mic works well in Audio Mode. While in video mode , please try to use the video APP from the 3rd party if you find your smartphone doesn’t work.
The Mic doesn’t support the Real-time audio monitor, but only support playback audio monitor.
Please don’t put the device besides the heat or interference source, like radiator, Roaster or Air-condition,etc.
Please keep this product in the dry environment.
For iPhone 7 7s ,8 X ,Please use a Lighting to 3.5mm jack adapter for connetion(This adapter is not including in the package)
